Each Chope user has a unique referral link which can be found in the their profile within the Chope app. Click on "Refer New Diner, Earn $" to share your referral link with friends and family. Do note that referrals are only successful once referees sign up for a new Chope account.
New diners (referees) will receive additional 200 Chope-Dollars from signing up via the referral link when the first reservation has been fulfilled. Reservations must be made via the Chope app or Chope Website and Chope-Dollars will be credited within 72 hours from the date of dining.
The referrer will receive 300 Chope-Dollars after the referee has successfully completed his/her first reservation via the Chope App or Chope Website.
Chope audits all reservations and reserves the right to suspend any Chope account if we detect atypical fraudulent behaviour.
RESERVATION
You would have received a Reservation Confirmation email. Follow the link to edit or cancel your reservation. Alternatively, you can edit or cancel your reservations from the Chope app as well. If you have installed the Chope App, your reservations should also be consolidated within your profile.
Restaurants who have signed up for this feature will be able to trigger a call/SMS to your mobile phone. This call/SMS serves as a reminder for an upcoming reservation at the restaurant. Kindly follow the instructions in the call or SMS for acknowledgement.
Yes, you may and you will still earn Chope-Dollars as long as you are logged into your registered Chope account!
Yes, you may but the subsequent reservations have to be more than 1 hour apart from the previous reservation.
Definitely! Upon arrival, please let the restaurant know the name the reservation was made under.
Each restaurant on Chope submits their agreed online quota to Chope. This online quota dictates how many diners will be allowed to make a reservation via Chope. Once the online quota is reached, Chope’s online reservation for the restaurant will be automatically closed. The online quota may not be reflective of the restaurant’s actual total seating capacity. In situations like this, we would recommend to contact the restaurant directly to make the reservation.
Chope offers 24/7 online reservation services. We do not provide reservation services via phone calls, emails, text, Facebook messenger, etc.
Yes, you can! Chope is available in the following cities, Bali, Jakarta, Bangkok, Phuket, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore. You will earn Chope-Dollars for making reservations in the different cities. However, for Shanghai, please create a separate Chope account.
You'll receive an email after you attend your reservation. Click on the star rating to open the review form, which will be valid for 7 days from the date you receive the email.
You can also find entrances on our Homepage and links to the review form under 'Past Reservations' on the 'My Reservations' page on the Chope app or website.

CHOPE-DOLLARS & REDEMPTION
Chope-Dollars will appear in your Chope account within 72 hours from the dining date.
Chope-Dollars are only awarded when reservations fulfil the following criteria:
Reservations must be made via the Chope website or app.
Diners must be logged into their Chope account when the reservation is made.
Diners must attend the reservation.
In the event restaurants dispute diners' attendance, the diner may be required to provide proof of dining in the form of a time and date-stamped receipt. Should neither parties be able to verify the genuinity of the reservation, Chope will make the final call for the reinstation of the reservation.
All inquiries regarding Chope-Dollars must be submitted via email to our customer support team within 14 days after the reservation date in order to be considered for a review by Chope. To expedite the process, please attach a proof of dining (i.e. receipts) in the email.
Chope-Dollars are only awarded when reservations fulfil the following criteria:

KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the diner's KrisFlyer account within 15 working days from the date of submission. Please note that only KrisFlyer members can redeem for KrisFlyer miles. You are required to provide your surname, forename and KrisFlyer Membership number as per your KrisFlyer account. Successful redemptions of Chope-Dollars to KrisFlyer miles by diners are non-refundable and non-reversible by Chope.
KrisFlyer miles can only be redeemed via the Chope app.
Each membership is only eligible for one redemption of KrisFlyer miles per month.
Miles will be credited into your KrisFlyer account within 15 working days after your conversion request.
Members are responsible for any delays caused by the submission of inaccurate details.
Successful redemption of Chope-Dollars to KrisFlyer miles by diners are non-refundable and non-reversible by Chope.
Suspicious redemptions will be flagged out and Chope will make the final decision on the effectivity of these redemptions. Chope reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
CREDIT CARD
Authorisation hold is the practice of verifying electronic transactions initiated with a debit card or credit card and rendering this balance as unavailable for one to use until the ‘Hold’ has expired. One is not charged for any amount at the time of initiating a credit card authorisation hold. Holding period may last up to 30 days.
This feature is implemented upon the restaurant’s request for discouraging no-shows or last minute cancellations. The restaurant may implement a credit card authorisation for reservations on a daily basis or on special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc. Kindly check the specific restaurant page for more information.
The credit card authorisation amount is set by the restaurant. The same applies to the cancellation policy. Varying restaurants have different cancellation policies -- kindly review them before submitting your credit card details and confirming your reservation.
No. You will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation within the premise of the restaurant’s defined cancellation policy.
Kindly contact the restaurant directly as only the restaurant will be able to assist you on this. Chope only facilitates the process of passing the diner’s credit card information to the respective restaurant’s payment gateway. Chope does not hold diners’ credit card details in this process.
DEALS - VOUCHER OVERVIEW
Each restaurant has its own preferred redemption method. Please check with the restaurant before redeeming.
There are several ways to utilize your vouchers:
1. Launch the Chope app and log into your Chope account. Tap into your Profile tab and select ‘My Vouchers’.
Select the restaurant and quantity of vouchers that you want to redeem for. Tap on “Proceed” to continue.
Make sure a staff is present with you to verify the redemption. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the boxes and slide to redeem your voucher.
After swiping to redeem the vouchers, scanning of QR codes will be required to complete the redemption process for selected restaurants. Please check with the staff for the restaurant's QR code.
2. Present your voucher’s QR code to the restaurant staff to scan the voucher. To access your voucher’s QR code, tap on “View QR” after selecting the voucher you wish to redeem. You may also access the QR code via the voucher confirmation email received.
Alternatively, print out the voucher containing the unique voucher code and present it to the restaurant host before ordering. (Please check the voucher’s Terms of Use to identify restaurants who require hardcopy vouchers.)

Yes, both redeemed and purchased vouchers from Deals can be used together in one sitting. However, some restaurants have stricter policies in place regarding the number of vouchers that can be used – kindly check the Terms of Use of your preferred restaurant vouchers prior to your redemptions and purchases.
As multiple vouchers can be purchased in one order, you have the choice to decide on the number of vouchers to be used during each dining session. You may use the remaining unused vouchers for your next visit.
For example, if you have pre-purchased 2x $50 vouchers ($100 in total), and your final bill at the restaurant is $89, you may choose to fully utilise both vouchers, or use one $50 voucher, and pay the remaining $39 with cash or credit card at the restaurant. The remaining $50 voucher can be used for your subsequent visit to the restaurant. However, If you choose to use both vouchers, any unused balance will not be refunded.
You may wish to purchase another voucher, or top up the remaining using cash or credit card. However, do note that some restaurants may require a printed copy of the voucher and do not accept a digital copy of the voucher.
Yes, for most of our participating voucher restaurants, you will need to make a reservation with Chope. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions to check if reservation is required.
If a reservation is required and you are unable to find any slots available for the particular date and time you are looking for, you may also contact the restaurant directly to make a reservation. Please let the restaurant know that you will be using vouchers for that dining session.
Unfortunately you will not be able to use the voucher at a different outlet as the voucher is tagged to the specific outlet. Please select the respective outlet you will be visiting prior to purchase.
Kindly note that voucher inventories are refreshed daily, and in the case where your desired time slot is sold out for the day, you can still purchase the same voucher on another day.
Yes! The date indicated on your vouchers from Deals is the last date of validity.
Vouchers from Deals are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Please check the expiry date on the voucher before purchase.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend the expiry date and/or refund the voucher. We strongly advise all diners to use the voucher before the date of expiry. The expiry date can be found in the email with your vouchers from Deals and in the Chope app under My Vouchers.
After clicking ‘Checkout’ at your Shopping Cart, you will be redirected to complete the transaction. At that page, you will be able to see the field to enter your Gift Card or Discount Code.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to retroactively enter the discount code once your purchase is completed. You may wish to utilise your discount code in your next purchase instead.

IN-APP VOUCHERS
Kindly ensure that you have used the same email address tied to your Chope account when purchasing vouchers. If your email has not been verified, you will be prompted to do so upon accessing 'My Vouchers' under the Profile tab. Upon verification, your current and past purchases will automatically reflect on the app.
The amount that is displayed on the voucher is the actual cash value of the voucher. The amount that you have paid can be confirmed by checking the charge on your bank statement.
CHOPE RESERVATION PROMOTIONS - GENERAL
We update our Chope exclusives on a monthly basis. You may view the ongoing exclusive promotions via this link.
On the website, apply your promo code in the field ‘Use a promotion code’. A one-liner stating, ‘You will earn xxx Chope-Dollars with this reservation!’ will appear upon successful application.
Similarly on the Chope app, apply your promo code in the field ‘Have a promo code?’. A one-liner stating, ‘You will earn xxx Chope-Dollars with this reservation!’ will appear upon successful application.
Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be applied retrospectively after a reservation has been booked and confirmed. You may wish to cancel your reservation and make a new reservation using the promo code.

The counter for reservations fulfilled will start from zero at the beginning of each calendar year. The tier that you will begin with depends on the number of reservations* fulfilled in the previous year.

REWARDS
All users will earn a base amount of 100 Chope-Dollars per reservation when they first start booking with Chope. As you go up the tiers, the multiplier will kick in to give you more Chope-Dollars for each reservation*. The higher your tier, the higher your multiplier.
For example, if your tier jumps from Silver to Gold and your multiplier increases from 1.25 to 1.5x, every reservation you make as a Gold user will give you 150 C$ (1.5 x 100 C$) compared to 125 C$ as a Silver user.

No, it does not. The multiplier only applies to the base amount of Chope-Dollars earned per reservation (100 C$) and not any other Chope-Dollar promotions or specials.
If a person with the 1.5x multiplier makes a booking and applies a promo code that gives them additional 200 Chope-Dollars, then the total Chope-Dollars earned for that reservation would be:
[1.5 x 100 C$] + 200 C$ = 350 C$

The multiplier will be based on the date you create the reservation and not the dining date, therefore, it will follow the tier multiplier prior to the change.
