Chope-Dollars Guide

Every meal is a story we want to celebrate.
Loyal diners who keep reserving from the Chope app will go up the membership tiers and see their benefits multiply! From extra Chope-Dollars per booking to exciting and exclusive rewards to redeem with your Chope-Dollars, there are plenty of reasons to reserve and dine.

Chope-Dollars are our way of rewarding diners for reserving with Chope. Simply reserve via www.chope.co or the Chope app while signed in, and receive at least 100 Chope-Dollars for every completed booking. Keep making reservations to move up tiers and earn more Chope-Dollars.
You can redeem your Chope-Dollars for dining vouchers, lifestyle perks, and more, from the Chope app!
Redemption is easy! Simply:
  • Download the Chope app here.
  • Under the Profile tab, select "View Rewards" and scroll down to View More Rewards. Tap to redeem your preferred reward.
  • Your restaurant dining vouchers, discount codes will be emailed to you shortly. For airline miles redemptions, the miles will be credited to the your account within 10 working days.

Now that reward redemptions have resumed, you can look forward to utilising your Chope-Dollars in exchange for our new catalogue of rewards. We remain committed in bringing on partner rewards that our members can enjoy.
We’ve repriced our Chope-Dollars to reflect the COVID-19 situation and for our loyalty programme to remain viable. You may view our updated prices for each reward in our new catalogue. To view our rewards catalogue, please go to your Chope app and access your "Profile" tab. Select “View More Rewards” and scroll down to view all rewards.

Move Up Tiers

You will move up to the next tier immediately after fulfilling X number of reservations* needed to level up.
(e.g. If you are at Bronze tier and you need 8 reservations to move up to Silver tier, you will change tiers after fulfilling your 8th reservation.)

The current COVID-19 situation has greatly impacted the way we dine. As such, we will extend all membership tiers regardless of the number of reservations made in 2020. Your tier status in 2020 will be extended into 2021, even if you have not fulfilled enough reservations to maintain the tier. If you have tiered up during this time, you’ll continue on the higher tier.
Chope-Dollars Reset

The counter for reservations fulfilled will restart at the beginning of the new year. The tier that you will start with depends on the number of reservations* fulfilled in the previous year.

Chope-Dollars Maintain

The bar shows your progress and the number of reservations needed to maintain the current tier for next year.
If you registered for a Chope account in Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Bali, Bangkok, or Phuket, your reservations in any of these cities will count towards your membership status.

If you registered for a Chope account in Shanghai or Beijing, only your reservations in these cities will count towards your membership status.

The higher you go, the more your Chope-Dollars multiplier! Bigger multipliers lead to faster Chope-Dollars earnings.

Table 2. below provides the multipliers for each tier, as well as an example of how a Chope-Dollars promo code would work.

All users will earn a base amount of 100 Chope-Dollars per reservation when they first start booking with Chope. As you go up the tiers, the multiplier will kick in to give you more Chope-Dollars for each reservation*. The higher your tier, the higher your multiplier. Do note that you can only enjoy the multiplier by booking through the Chope app or website.

For example, if your tier jumps from Silver to Gold and your multiplier increases from 1.25 to 1.5x, every reservation you make as a Gold user will give you 150 C$ (1.5 x 100 C$) compared to 125 C$ as a Silver user.
No, it does not. The multiplier only applies to the base amount of Chope-Dollars earned per reservation (100 C$) and not any other Chope-Dollar promotions or specials.

If a person with the 1.5x multiplier makes a booking and applies a promo code that gives them additional 200 Chope-Dollars, then the total Chope-Dollars earned for that reservation would be: [1.5 x 100 C$] + 200 C$ = 350 C$

Please refer to Table 2. above for an example of how it would work.
Your membership tier, requirements, and multiplier are tied to the city you registered in. If you registered in Chope Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Bali, Jakarta, or Phuket, your status and multiplier will not change for reservations made in those cities.
