Helmed by Michelin Chef Olivier Elzer, affectionately known as "Elzie," Clarence offers an unparalleled dining experience on the 25th floor of H Code, Central.
From its inception, Clarence has defied conventional norms, offering a menu that seamlessly integrates French gastronomy with global influences and creative flair, a culmination of Chef Elzer’s personal journey. With a career spanning two decades across Europe and Asia, Chef Elzer has left an indelible mark on Clarence and the city’s culinary identity, earning 27 Michelin stars along the way.
"I've dedicated my entire career to highlighting the beauty of French cuisine throughout Asia," Chef Elzer explains. "Whether it's combining Asian influence into a classic French dish or offering quintessential French classics such as snails – I welcome it all and aim to integrate and celebrate French cuisine further into our city's culinary scene.”
To mark this special occasion, the evening will commence with a champagne and cocktail and canapés reception, setting the stage for an unforgettable gastronomic celebration.
From there, guests are invited to indulge in this culinary amalgamation through a handful of meticulously crafted dishes brought to life by Chef Elzer himself. From exquisite dishes to expertly paired wines, every element is thoughtfully selected to celebrate this milestone in style and flavor.
City renowned mixologists from La Suite at Clarence, will also craft signature cocktails for the occasion, elevating the experience. In the backdrop, live music with a DJ and vocalist will accompany guests throughout the evening, ensuring a memorable celebration of Clarence's 2nd anniversary.
