Holding Time
Please be advised that your table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past your confirmed reservation time. Kindly inform us should you not be able to arrive as per schedule.

Dress Code
No casual slippers, flip flops, open-toed footwear or sleeveless shirts for Gentlemen and no casual slippers or flip flops for Ladies.

Child Policy
Ozone welcomes guests aged 18 and below daily with their parents.

Seating Preferences
Your seating preferences have been taken into consideration, due to high demand we are not able to guarantee it at this moment. Outdoor window seats is first come first serve and has a minimum spend of HK$500 per person. Please note that in the event of rain, thunderstorm and typhoon the Terrace must remain closed.  

Cake Cutting Fee
HK$300 per cake of 2 lbs or below, HK$500 per cake 2 lbs or above

All prices are subject to 10% service charge. 

Parking Policy
Before 6 p.m., a 2-hour complimentary valet parking is offered with expenses of HK$500 or above. After 6  p.m., a 3-hour complimentary valet parking is offered with expenses of HK$800 or above. Additional fee begins at HK$90 per hour.
